AEC Industrial Service Company Limited supports work in the part of construction, fabrication, piping and electrical control systems as well as turnkey projects under the supervision of experienced engineers certified according to standards. The quality control for construction and production is in concordance with international standards (Code and Standard) ASME, API, AWS, JIS, EN and TIS etc. with details of the scope of work as follows.

คุณภาพของงานเป็นสิ่งที่เราให้ความสำคัญ โดยการควบคุมคุณภาพจากทีมงานวิศวกรและทีมผู้ตรวจสอบที่มีประสบการณ์และผ่านการรับรองตามมาตรฐาน การควบคุมคุณภาพการสร้างและการผลิตสอดคล้องตามมาตรฐานสากล (Code and Standard) ในทุกขั้นตอนการผลิตตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนก่อนการผลิต, ขั้นตอนการวางแผนงานตรวจสอบ (Inspection and Test Plan; ITP), ขั้นตอนก่อนการเชื่อม (ฺBefore Welding), ขั้นตอนระหว่างการเชื่อม (During Welding), ขั้นตอนหลังการเชื่อม (After Welding), ขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบแบบไม่ทำลาย (NDT), ขั้นตอนการทดสอบแรงดัน (Pressure Test), ขั้นตอนการเตรียมผิว (Surface Preparation), ขั้นตอนงานขัดเงา (Buffing Work), ขั้นตอนงานสี (Painting Work), ขั้นตอนงานทดสอบระบบ (Test Run Commissioning) และ ขั้นตอนการบรรจุห่อ (Packing) หลังจากการทำงานตรวจสอบเสร็จสิ้นทุกขั้นตอนจะมีเอกสารประกอบรายงานการผลิต (Manufacturer Data Report; MDR) ส่งมอบให้ลูกค้าพร้อมสินค้าพร้อมสร้างความมั่นใจได้ว่าสินค้าที่ลูกค้าต้องการนั้นมีคุณภาพในทุกขั้นตอนกระบวนการผลิต

Quality work is our priority by quality control from a team of engineers and inspectors that have experience and are certified in accordance with the creation of quality control standards and production in concordance with international standards (Code and Standard) in every production step from the pre-production step, the steps for Inspection and Test Plan; (ITP), the steps before welding, the step during welding, the steps after welding, the steps in the non-destructive testing (NDT), the steps for pressure testing, the steps for surface preparation, the steps for buffing work, the steps in painting work, the steps in the testing system (Test Run Commissioning) and the steps of packing. After the inspection work is completed in every step, there will be accompanying documents for the production report (Manufacturer Data Report; MDR), which is delivered to the customers with the products to build confidence that the products that the customers want are of high quality in every step of the production process.
